Bio

Cynthia is a marketing professional and global project manager who is dedicated to keeping up with the latest and greatest in social media marketing trends. Being quite social herself, she loves the dynamic environment of digital media, and meeting and tweeting with others who do as well. She keeps up to date at live events to hear what people are doing with their on line marketing, recently attending events on digital media with NEDMA, MITX, Boston Social Media Club and any others that she can find.

 
She has over 15 years experience working in an international environment and prides herself on being able to connect with people from all different cultures. She speaks 3 foreign languages – Spanish, German and Italian. Her specialty is taking lofty ideals and goals and creating action plans to make them happen. She worked for Grand Circle Travel for 12 years before venturing out on her own as a marketing consultant, helping companies and non-profits drive sales, marketing and profit through digital, email and social media marketing.
 
On a personal note, she is a travel junkie and foodie, who has been to over 35 countries on 5 continents, sampling local cuisine along the way. She even ate a fried bug once in Zimbabwe! She is particularly passionate about traveling in Europe has lived in Germany and Spain, two places that are close to her heart, but would argue that Belgium has the best beer in the world. A recent trip to Normandy made her fall in love with France and Dubrovnik, Croatia is at the top of her travel wish list. The best part of traveling is coming home and re-living and sharing her experiences through food, wine and photography. Next stop will be Brazil and the Amazon!
